Avatar and Signature rules

Signature rules
*your signature should not be too long
*banner sized images are allowed to maximum 4 images if u have more in your signature then the admin has the right to delete the images that are taking too much screenspace
*small images can be more then 4 if they dont take much screen space
*big wallpapers in the signatures are not allowed the admin has the right to delete them
Avatar rules
*Avatars are allowed of horizontal(x) maximum 150 pixels and vertical(y) maximum 200 pixels
*Avatars should not be bigger then 1mb
if the admin sees a too big avatar then he has the right to remove it
